THE PROBLEM

Jamie's Shoes is a sneaker and vintage boutique in Downtown Springfield with a loyal following built entirely on Instagram. Over 7K followers, real demand, a growing brand — and no website, no checkout, and every sale starting in the DMs. No legal footing either: no terms of service, no liability protection, nothing between the owner and every transaction.

THE BUILD

Two-site architecture: jamiesshoes.com — a Next.js brand front door on Vercel — paired with shop.jamiesshoes.com on Squarespace Commerce for payments. Custom brand system, live product grid wired through the Squarespace API, SMS capture, and drop countdown timers. We also wrote and shipped full legal coverage: Terms of Service, a liability disclaimer, and a returns policy — so every transaction is protected and the owner isn't personally exposed.

THE OUTCOME

From idea to live store in 14 days, shipped by a two-person team. A brand that was invisible on the web now has a storefront that looks as sharp as the product it sells — and loads instantly on any phone.
